Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order before it has been shipped. To do so, please email our customer support team at [email protected] with your request, we encourage you to submit any cancellation or change requests as soon as possible after placing the order.

What happens if an item ordered is out of stock?

While we strive to minimize any such incidents, some items may run out of stock during periods of high demand. In all such cases, our customer support team will contact you and initiate a refund request.

For pre-paid orders, the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account that was used to make the payment. It usually takes 10 to 15 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.

You can also choose to receive an email when the item is back in stock.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer a number of different payment methods:

Online Payment using a credit card, debit card, or net banking. We accept all major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard and Amex) and support net banking for 50+ banks.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We do not offer Cash On Delivery (COD)

Do you ship internationally?

No unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this point, but are working hard to bring this service to you soon.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

All orders are shipped within 3 working days of placing the order, and it typically takes another 3-5 working days for the order to reach you based on your location.

Please note that the delivery timelines above are indicational only. Since we rely on our courier partners for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside our control. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?

Not necessarily, a single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely.

Returns and Refunds

How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

In order to return any products, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:

Please notify PETAL HOME LLP of receipt of a damaged/defective product within 48-hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48-hours, PETAL HOME LLP shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order, products should be unused.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in the rare event that you received a damaged or incorrect product, please submit a return request at [email protected] we will set things right. Please mention your order number when you reach out to us.

What is the process to return a product?

Please submit a written request at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Please kindly provide your order details and reason for returning the product.

Our customer support team will provide you with a date and time for the pick-up. Otherwise, please arrange for the product to be shipped to us at Petal Home LLP, 338/8 Avanashi Road, Peelamedu, Coimbatore 641004.

Once your return product is received by us in its original state and has been approved by our quality team, your refund/exchange will be processed within 10-15 working days.

What about the refundable amount?

For prepaid orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
